PLANT YOUR GARLIC between Indigenous People's Day (the HOliday formerly known as COlumbus Day) and Thanksgiving. It grows like a bulb underground. Each individual clove of garlic planted 6" away from the other cloves will grow a hole head of garlic each year.We made the last of our salsa the past two Fridays this year.
We still have many tomatillos in the garden.
